SNF Lab Members:
We've received a couple of reports that occasionally Coral is failing to update other Coral clients when a reservation is made or a tool is enabled/disabled.
While we do not completely understand the origin of this problem, we ARE looking carefully at one element that we think may be the culprit. We have also ratcheted up the sensistivity of the tools that monitor Coral in hopes that they will both detect a problem in a more timely fashion and will at least attempt to reset things automatically.
If you think that you see problems, however, send email to coral@snf.stanford.edu so that we can attend to this situation promptly.
We will hope to permanently resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
