Comment stsetch SNF 2008-05-23 15:09:57: Schmutz on back of wafers

I think there is some material on the lipseal. A couple of my wafers have 'stuff' on the backsides after they went in clean. This is not a large enough problem to affect the He flow and pressure, yet.
