Problem stsetch SNF 2010-04-13 18:09:14: HBC flow too high

HBC flow up to 5.2. Used wafer holder with black o-ring. Tried to take wafer out and put back in to make sure it was seating right but problem didn't change. Etch still works, haven't checked rate yet but looks roughly correct.
