Problem stsetch SNF 2010-05-18 02:46:42: wafer broke in chamber

Wafer was in holder, so most of the pieces were recovered, though some remain in the chamber. I've etched wafers like this before and non have broken; I wonder if the heating due to low helium pressure was an issue. In any case, the chamber needs to be cleaned and the helium problem addressed urgently.
