Comment stsetch SNF 2009-09-11 19:50:58: DEEP recipe

Elmer made some changes to the DEEP recipe this morning as well. Nancy's test just reported uses this version of the recipe. The changes are the RF tolerances are now 5% and the RF pretunes for the coil were changed from 50/50 to roughly 40/60 (where it stabilizes.)
